Scheme Process

1. Complete an application form:
   Download the Application Form
   Complete the Application form online
2. Modify and submit an OHSAS Management Manual based upon our sample
   Sample OH&S Management Manual
3. We will assess your submission and resolve any issues.
4. We will issue you with a Declaration of Conformance for completion by you.
5. Upon receipt of the Declaration of Conformance we will issue a Certificate of Registration and our scheme logo.
6. Annual re-certification is achieved by completion of an Annual Conformance Review form./li>
